Roger & Joana's Wedding

We were very happy to witness the wedding of our dear friend Joana to Roger tonight.  It was our very first City Hall wedding...the subway is always a hit with the kiddos and it was Zachary's first ride.

 waiting at Osgoode Hall for the bride to arrive.  It was a treat to go downtown again - we rarely go anymore.  Don't you just love it there?  So many beautiful buildings.  I walked right past this one every weekday up until the week before Ashleigh arrived.  :)  Can't say I miss it, though!!

 We are very thankful for this beautiful family!!

 MARRIED!!  Congratulations to you both, and we pray that God will richly bless your marriage and be glorified through it. :)

Easter Weekend with Family

Blessed Easter to you all.  What a thing to celebrate.  

  so wonderful to celebrate with family!  We saw all of our immediate family (less one on each side) on Good Friday, not including Kevin's Mom who we saw the next day.

 Steve & Amy's new house (below) is amazing!

 and Kev's Dad rented the Youth for Christ building for our family thing...lots of fun for everyone. :)

NExt up...in 10 minutes is Joshua's FIFTH birthday!!  He has been one year bubs(blankie)-free. :)  On his birthday last year we told him about the new baby we were expecting, and the announcement leaked out from there.  :)  He is our clever, determined, strong-willed, independent little sunshine with looks and character like his Opa!!  How we love our Joshua Matthew.  Thank you, God, for the blessing of children!!
