Sweet Grandma

It seems we are hardly getting out to see Kev's family anymore, and usually we would be heading out for thanksgiving weekend but even that isn't going to happen this year. :( We miss them. We were able to see everyone in September though. Dear Grandma sweetly lives her carefree life in the nursing home, never complaining, always cheerful.

pardon Josh. He is in that stage.

Grandmothers are one of God's greatest blessings, wouldn't you agree??

Sing praise to the LORD, you saints of His,
And give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.
For His anger is but for a moment,
His favor is for life;
Weeping may endure for a night,
But joy comes in the morning.

Psalm 30:4-5

Joy comes in the morning...
after years of many tears and much grieving over the precious mother we feel we lost, JOY has come to this family again in the form of a sweet new life expected in April. Congratulations, Nic & Wade!! We can't wait to meet your darling little one. :)

a visit to st. t wouldn't be complete without some bonding time with the family puppies. err, well Kev might not share that sentiment but they sure are cute looking!! :) meet Buddy and Otis

and Ginger and Otis

not enough sweet sleep on weekends like this, but it sure is cozy in Papa's bed.
